ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
As soon as you order, we will be there every step of the way. If we have your item on hand we will process as soon as we receive your order and send it within 1-2 business days. If we do not we will let you know exactly when we will ship, usually 3-5 business days. At GoldBox Jewels, we like to keep you informed. When it comes to custom made items, please allow 5-7 days for making your dream piece come true plus shipping time.
When it comes to our bridal line, especially diamonds, allow us time for setting and making the ring, usually 5-7 business days as well. All our diamonds come with their grading reports/certification. For these kinds of orders, our items will ship insured, so please be certain that you will be at the chosen address when your tracking information tell you the package is on its way, since a signature is required when delivered.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All of our orders are processed through FEDEX, UPS or the USPS. All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will ship through USPS. Once we finish processing your order, we will give you tracking information and estimated date of arrival.
We do not currently ship internationally, but we are still working on doing so further down the line. Will keep you posted.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to take it back! Just get it to us in the same conditions that we sent it to you. Within the next 30 days, you will be fully refunded. Inside your package, you have a Pre-Paid USPS return label, so you can very easily send it back to us. The only thing we do not take back are pieces that are Custom Made. These things are FINAL SALE.
When you send back, be sure to insure and track your package as we are not responsible of items that get lost on the way. We will let you know when your return is back with us.
When it comes to engagement rings, we will gladly take them back in a 90 day period. Diamonds that want to be upgraded or exchanged are always welcome, just let us know beforehand exactly what you want us to exchange with and we will gladly start looking for your next perfect diamond.

You can always choose our expedited shipping option at checkout. If we do not have your item on hand we will let you know immediately and refund your extra payment as soon as possible. We do not have this option for engagement rings and custom made items, since we need time to make them.
